This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, on what lawful basis, how long it is kept, and how to exercise your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Lenderwize Limited is the controller for the personal data described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 09428145, at 1 Charterhouse Mews, London EC1M 6BB.

We collect the name, institution, work email address and any message you provide, together with the capital type, facility size and level of access you select.
Alongside your submission we record technical information about the request: your IP address, the network your request came from, the approximate city and country your network resolves to, the page you arrived on, the page you submitted from, and the time of submission.
With your consent we store a small record in your browser's session storage describing how you arrived: the referring website, the first page you landed on, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, the number of pages you have viewed, and how long you have been on the site. This record is cleared when you close the tab.
If you decline, we store only your choice, and none of this is collected. The site works identically either way.
With your consent we use IPFingerprint, a United Kingdom service that identifies the organisation a visitor’s network belongs to, by looking the IP address up against a business register. It tells us which companies have looked at the programme; it does not tell us who you are, it sets no cookie, and it stores nothing on your device.

Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, that transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting anything done beforehand. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object and we will stop unless we have compelling grounds not to.

If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local supervisory authority in the EU.
If this notice changes materially we will update the date below and, where the change affects a purpose you consented to, ask for your choice again.
